WARD POLICIES
1. Fight Labor’s disastrous housing policy which if implemented will create 6 storey apartments within a 400m radius of our neighbourhood centres including Bondi Road and Charing Cross.
2. Revitalise the streetscape of Bondi Road through greening initiatives and enhancing aesthetics with improvements to footpaths.
3. Supporting our local businesses within our local neighbourhood centres.
4. Conduct an urgent review to expand on-street parking for residents to meet our community’s growing needs, while also promoting sustainable travel options.
5. Address ongoing drainage issues at Waverley Park, improve lighting, implement kiss and ride zones for sport pick up and drop offs.
6. Support the investigation for new off-leash dog areas in suitable locations while promoting responsible pet ownership.
7. Improve waste management at Bronte and Tamarama beaches during peak holiday periods.
8. Improve the Bondi-Bronte coastal walk and investigate options for greater accessibility.
